OPENING HOURS

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS OF THE HOTEL UNITS?

Reception: Every day: 08:00 to 20:00
Restaurant: Every day: 8.00-22.00, including Breakfast: 8:00 - 10:00, Lunch 12: 00-16.00 (last reservation for 15.00), Dinner: 19:00.
SPA: 09:00 - 21:00
Sauna (LES and main building), jacuzzi (LES and main building): Every day: 09:00 - 21:00

HOW TO GET TO THE GUESTHOUSE

As our guesthouse is in the middle of nowhere (or even in the middle of everything), it is most conveniently accessible by car. Some GPS programs navigate to incorrect, sometimes non-existent routes, so we recommend that you check if your device is directing you from Route 12 to Marianostra Road! After turning, we recommend that you look for and follow our clearly visible (green) road signs from Márianosztra road instead of the GPS program!

IF I ARRIVE BY TRAIN, HOW CAN I GET TO THE GUESTHOUSE?

The easiest way for our guests who arrive by train is to get off at the Zebegény station, and for those who like hiking, the Natura Hill can be reached from there via a road leading up to the holiday zone (Pacsirta utca -> Orgona út -> Bajcsy Zsilinszky út -> Orgona út Mókus utca -> Szarvas út). It is also possible to request a transfer, after prior arrangement (2-3 days before arrival, indicating the exact time of arrival), we will arrive at the station for our dear guests.

PARKING

WHAT PARKING IS THE HOTEL PROVIDING?

In the estate – surrounded by a fence, - we have created an outdoor parking lot suitable for 9 cars, where we also provide a charger for electric cars. Our LES building has a separate parking lot, which is in the area directly covered with basalt in front of it (each apartment has a separate area marked with a number).

CAN I CHARGE MY ELECTRIC CAR OR BICYCLE ON THE PREMISES?

We, at Natura Hill Zebegény are committed to sustainable solutions. Most of the property’s power supply is generated by the solar system that covers all our roofs. We ensure our guests the opportunity to charge their electric car also thanks to this source of energy.
Our 3x16A, 11kW charger is located in front of the LES building and is equipped with a Type 2 charging head.

CHECK IN

When can I CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

Our rooms are guaranteed to be available from 15:00 and are at our guests’ disposal until 10:00 on the day of the travel.

ARE THERE ANY DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN?

Based on the 1992 LXVI. Pursuant to Section 29 (12) and (14) of the Act, every citizen, regardless of age, must have an official identity card (identity card, passport or driving license in card format).

The CLVI of 2016 on the state tasks of the development of tourist areas. Act 9 / H. § (2), declares, that the user of the accommodation shall present the document pursuant to paragraph (1) (b) to the accommodation provider for the purpose of recording the data. If the document is not presented, the accommodation provider can refuse the accommodation service.

Upon the guests’ check-in at the reception, we scan the identity cards so that they can be electrically registered into the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA) system introduced on the 1st of September, 2021.

CAN I LEAVE LUGGAGES BEFORE / AFTER ACCOMMODATION?

For our arriving and traveling guests, we provide free storage in the luggage room next to the reception.

PAYMENT

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DOES THE GUEST HOUSE ACCEPT?

Cash payment is possible in Hungarian forints, we also accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro type bank cards, OTP, MKB and K&H SZÉP card.

CAN I PAY A TOURIST TAX WITH SZÉP CARD?

Tourist tax can be paid in cash or by credit card at check-out. Tourist tax cannot be paid with a SZÉP card.

SHOULD ANY ADVANCE BE PAID AT THE BOOKING?

A 50% deposit is required upon the booking. Advance payment can be made by credit card or SZÉP card.

No, the tourist tax has to be paid separately, currently 400 HUF / person / night (from the age of 18).

EQUIPMENT OF OUR ROOMS

WHAT'S IN THE ROOM FACILITIES?

Our rooms have a safe, minibar, internet connection (Wi-Fi), Premium digital music player, kettle, hair dryer, towels, and bathrobes for our Guests.

IS THERE WIFI-INTERNET IN THE ROOM?

Yes, both in our rooms and in the common areas. We will provide information on the network name and current password upon arrival.

WHAT “BABY EQUIPMENT” CAN THE HOTEL PROVIDE?

For our youngest guests we can provide a cot, bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, baby step, feeding bottle warmer and baby monitors – in a limited number - on request. Highchair or junior chair can be requested in our restaurant.

DOES THE HOTEL PROVIDE BATHROBES FOR GUESTS?

For the comfortable use of the SPA, we provide a bathrobe (small and large) in the hanging closet of the rooms.

DOES THE GUESTHOUSE HAVE DISABLED DESIGN AND / OR ROOMS?

Our Sage Room - on the ground floor of our guesthouse, in a quiet environment, - is designed for our guests with reduced mobility; it has a spacious shower. However, most of the services of the guesthouse are only accessible by stairs. The rooms located upstairs or those in the LES are not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. The guesthouse’s restaurant is accessible with wheelchair, together with a restroom right at its entrance. 

WHAT IS THE EQUIPMENT OF THE NATURA HILL ZEBEGÉNY ROOMS?

The rooms of Natura Hill Zebegény have a double bed (except for our Poppy Flower, Cinnamon, and Mint rooms - these are with queen beds) // Unparalleled Danube panorama // Private terrace // In-room safe // Minibar-sized refrigerator // Kettle // Bathroom with shower // Hairdryer // Premium digital music player // Natural fresh air ventilation, surface heating and cooling // Free Wi-Fi internet access. As per our conviction, there is no television set in any of our rooms!

IS THERE A KETTLE IN THE ROOMS?

Yes, a kettle is part of the standard equipment in all of our rooms.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST AN EXTRA BED FOR YOUR ROOM?

Our Kadarka room in our main building and all our rooms in the LES building can accommodate an extra bed for an adult thanks to a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (120x200 cm) equipment.
For children, the basic equipment of our Poppy Flower room is a bunk bed (180x80 cm), and for smaller children we can install a cot with 3 or 4 sides or a junior bed (165x75 cm).

IS THERE A SAFE IN THE ROOM?

Yes, in all rooms it is built into the closet as standard equipment. The service is free of charge.

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION OF BOOKING

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO CHANGE OR AMEND MY BOOKING?

Our dear guests can cancel or amend their reservation 14 days before arrival without any restrictions, but if cancelled or modified within 14 days before arrival, the amount of the reservation will be lost. If cancelled on the date of arrival, 100 percent of all nights will be charged. Please note that these cancellation policies also apply in case of illness too.
In addition to the advance payment transaction, the provided bank card or SZÉP card data can also be used for the forfeit money transaction for cancellation. Cancellations or changes of the booking can be requested from the original confirmation email.

IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION, WILL THE ADVANCE PAYMENT BE REFUNDED?

Our dear guests can cancel or change their reservation free of charge 14 days before their arrival and we will refund the deposit to their bank card or SZÉP card or they can use it for the modified reservation. If the cancellation is made within 14 days, the cancellation fee will be the amount of the deposit paid, so it will not be refunded. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 100 percent of all services ordered will be charged. In case of illness, the same cancellation conditions apply.
Cancellations or changes to their booking can be requested from the original booking confirmation email.

RESTAURANT

WHAT CATERING SERVICES DOES THE RESTAURANT PROVIDE? WHEN CAN I HAVE BREAKFAST OR DINNER?

Our current room rate includes our breakfast buffet, every day from 08:00 to 10:00.
We do not have a menu. Respecting the rules of Slow Food, our Chef: Mihály Szilvási and his sous-chef Mátyás Angeli, create their dishes for lunch based on fresh and seasonal ingredients. We take lunch bookings every weekday from 12pm to 3pm

At 19.00 for dinner - we offer a special 4 + 2 course tasting dinner menu made from seasonal ingredients – just like for lunch - coming from small scale and local producers.
Dinner is much more special than our lunch, it is worth spending at least two hours on this programme. Due to the rhythm of the service, please arrive at our restaurant no later than 19.00.

IS A'LA CARTE RESTAURANT AVAILABLE IN THE RESTAURANT?

A la carte meals are not available in our restaurant. Our chef prepares a unique offer for our guests every day by prior arrangement. If you want to book a table, you can call +36301756424.
If our dear guests get hungry during the day, between lunch and dinner services, we can offer tastings made from the delicacies of neighbouring farmers and producers (e.g., meat-free version with cheeses and seasonal vegetables, daubs or the more rich, smoky-meat version, such as cold cuts, sausages and cracklings).

DO I NEED TO MAKE A TABLE RESERVATION FOR THE RESTAURANT?

Yes, in all cases, it is necessary to book a table in our restaurant, since our Chef prepares the dishes for the guests accordingly. If you want to book a table, you can call +36301756424.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO EAT WITHOUT ALLERGIES IN THE RESTAURANT?

We can provide lactose-free, milk-free, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and diet menus on request, if indicated at the time of booking. These requests may be subject to a surcharge and must be agreed in advance.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE IN THE RESTAURANT?

There is no dress code in the restaurant, but it is worth to dress up comfortably and nice for our dinner 😊

WHERE CAN I HAVE MY MORNING COFFEE?

All our rooms have facilities for coffee and tea preparation and a kettle. From 8 am our restaurant awaits our dear guests with freshly prepared Cagliari coffee drinks.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF BREAKFAST IN BED OR MY LUNCH / DINNER IN MY ROOM ARE WISHES?

Upon prior request (no later than 19:00 the night before at the reception of our guesthouse) we can prepare a breakfast basket for the following way. The breakfast basket suits two people and includes fresh baked goods, homemade jam, butter, vegetables, cheese, and a cold selection from fresh merchandise of the local producers. It is possible to pick up the basket at the reception desk – at a prescheduled time - between 08:00 and 09:30.
In-room lunch and dinner are available at an additional cost. This service is not available in all rooms of ours, due to their design. Our rooms - Kadarka, Poppy Flower, Mallow, Mint - are comfortably suitable for a meal. Room service is not available in our LES rooms.

SPA

WHAT SERVICES DOES THE GUESTHOUSE AVAILABLE?

Both our main building of our guesthouse both the building of LES have a whirlpool and a sauna.
Our LES whirlpool is suitable for 2 people
Our hot tub in the main building is suitable for 4-6 people

The Finnish sauna with a panoramic view of Börzsöny in our main building works with wood-fire, while the sauna of our LES building with a panoramic view of the Danube bend is electric and combined - both Finnish and infrared mode is available too.

The use of slippers is mandatory in our SPA department. No food, drink, or any fragile items (glass cups, bottles, etc.) may be brought into the SPA area. As a refreshment, we prepare fresh lemon water for our guests.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I FORGOT MY SLIPPERS AT HOME?

Flip-flops are available to buy in two sizes at the reception of our guesthouse.

IS THERE A MASSAGE SERVICE AVAILABLE?

We highly recommend our guests our very pleasant, refreshing therapeutic massage. Provided by our female masseuse, the massage lasts 50, 60, 90, or 120 minutes, and 1 person can use the service at one time.
It is worth booking an appointment a lot ahead!

WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY CLOTHES?

You can change comfortably in the rooms, where we always prepare the bathrobes, so you can come to our SPA department in a bathrobe, and you can also dress in the sauna behind a draught-screen.

CAN THE WELLNESS DEPARTMENT BE USED BEFORE AND AFTER CHECK-IN?

Before and after using our SPA department, our dear guests change in their rooms, so these services are only available for our checked-in hotel guests.

DOES THE GUESTHOUSE PROVIDE BATHROBES, WELLNESS TOWELS AND SAUNA TOWELS FOR THE GUESTS?

We always provide bathrobes in the rooms of our guesthouse, while wellness towels and sauna sheets are available for our dear guests in our SPA department.

IS THE WELLNESS DEPARTMENT OPEN TO NON-ACCOMMODATION GUESTS?

Our SPA department can only be visited by our hotel guests.

ARRIVAL WITH CHILDREN

IS THE ACCOMMODATION CHILD FRIENDLY?

Our hotel has many child-friendly services and facilities. If required, we can provide the following equipment: baby cot with bed linen, baby bath, feeding bottle warmer, potty, toiletseat reducer, step, highchair. If needed, please request the baby cot in advance!
At the end of the garden there is a cool playground with a bunker; in case of bad weather you can go to our living room, where there are many (board)games available.
In the case of half-board reservation, our chef prepares a children's menu with a 2- (soup and main course) and/or 3-course menu (soup, main course, and dessert on request).
Based on our experience, younger children cannot really enjoy the 2–3-hour dinner program, or the scheduled evening bathing can be a barrier, so families with children under the age of 6 are advised to use the half-board service for lunch – when included in the room rate- instead of dinner.

WHICH ROOM CAN YOU BOOK WITH A CHILD?

For guests arriving with older children, we recommend our Poppy Flower and Kadarka rooms. Our Kadarka room has a comfortable pull-out sofa bed (120x200 cm). The standard equipment of our Poppy flower room is a bunk bed (180x80 cm). For smaller children we can put a 3- and 4-sided babycot (60x120) in our Poppy Flower, Camomile, Mallow, Lavender and Mint rooms, or a junior bed (165x75 cm) in our Camomile and Mint rooms. Our LES rooms cannot be booked with children due to their design.

WHEN CAN I BOOK IN WITH A CHILD?

It is possible to arrive with children under the age of 7 during our child-friendly periods; our dear guests can see these periods on our website at https://naturahill.hu/en/online-foglalas. These periods are marked with yellow in the booking calendar.

SMOKING

CAN I SMOKE IN THE HOTEL OR IN THE HOTEL ROOM?

XLII of 1999 on the protection of non-smokers. According to the amendment of the law, smoking in the enclosed space is strictly prohibited from the 1st of April 2012, so we would kindly ask you not to smoke in the hotel rooms or on the terraces! Smoking is only allowed 5 metres from the entrance of the guesthouse, at the designated smoking area!

PET

CAN I bring my pets to the hotel?

It is possible to come to our guesthouse with a pet (small dog - maximum 10 kg or cat), but their accommodation charges are not included in the room rate, a cleaning surcharge must be paid at the time of booking or check-out. This service is ONLY available when booking our Sage or Camomile rooms that can accommodate a maximum of one dog per room. We cannot accommodate pets in the rest of our rooms. Coconut and Zsömi are two very friendly playground cuvée puppies that live on the estate. Please bring only well-mannered and trained dogs, don't let them out of sight and pick up their waste. 

PROGRAMS, EVENTS

OFF-ROAD TOURS

The name of Kisfater (our Papi) sounds familiar for domestic off-road racers. No wonder, as Kisfater, who first raced with GAZ69 and later with SZÖRNYI, was a regular participant in the off-road races of the last 15 years, his humour, personality and outstanding technical skills and experience leave a lasting impression on everyone.
Zebegény and Börzsöny enchanted Kisfater, who currently takes care of a half-hectare lavender plantation, and constantly visits the area, discovering more and more beautiful areas as far away from the people as possible.
Kisfater switched from off-road racing forests to a 6-seater POLARIS RANGER to guide his guests around the area, providing as much experience as possible.
The basic tour is 2 hours long - it starts from Zebegény, it guides you to wonderful places with the breath-taking panorama of Börzsöny. It is also possible for individual needs and tours; prior consultation is always required.

WHAT MASSAGE AND WELLNESS PROGRAMS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE GUESTHOUSE?

We highly recommend our guests to take a very pleasant, refreshing or even intensive therapeutic massage. Provided by our female masseuse, the massage can be used by 1 person at a time.

It is worth to book an appointment as soon as possible by e-mail or phone!

Our main building and the LES building also have a sauna and a jacuzzi, which can be booked online right after booking.

WHAT TYPES OF THE ENTERTAINMENT ARE THERE FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES IN THE GUESTHOUSE?

In case of good weather, we recommend our playground for children, and in case of bad weather, depending on the availability, the whole family can play and relax in our living room.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RENT A BICYCLE?
